- Master’s degree or equivalent in Architecture
- 10+ years' experience in architecture, with a focus on conceptual design and early-stage project development
- Strong conceptual and strategic design skills
- Experience leading design teams and managing project direction
- Ability to translate abstract ideas into innovative, buildable solutions
- Experience working in international, design-oriented environments
- Fluent in English (presenting, speaking, reading, writing), Dutch is a plus
- Highly motivated, self-guided, and research-driven
- Willing to contribute to our collective knowledge culture
