**The Role**:
Join our team at The Siren as a **PIZZAIOLO**and be at the heart of crafting the most delicious Contemporary pizzas.
As a key player, you'll work closely with our team, ensuring each pizza and flatbread is made with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, and a meticulous attention to detail.
**Main Duties**:
- Proficiency in managing doughs
- Efficiently handle time and schedules in a high-standard, busy restaurant.
- understanding of traditional flavors and textures to maintain authenticity.
- Passion for the art of pizza and bread-making, dedicated to delivering exceptional quality consistently.
- Collaborate effectively with the team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in pizza and bread-making.
- Knowledge of doughs.
- Familiarity with traditional flavors, textures, and a busy restaurant setting.
- Passion for delivering exceptional quality and flavor consistently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced kitchen.
- European citizens only.
