**We are looking for you as a Business Analyst at Transavia**

Are you the **curious** and **sharp** Business Analyst who continuously provides Transavia with **valuable insights**? Can you link information in unique ways and translate it into the right strategies? Then we are looking for you

**What are you going to do?**

As a Business Analyst you monitor trends and translate them into advice and concrete actions for existing initiatives or initiate new strategic projects. You act as an advisor to the team and other stakeholders to define and realize strategic objectives. As a Business Analyst you will be involved in strategic projects, take the lead by providing new insights, structuring issues and monitoring progress.

And that’s not all You will also be:

- The reference for functional details (including other non-apps) for the development team, PO and business stakeholders;
- Gathering business requirements and writing user stories with clear and complete acceptance criteria;
- Refining user stories by identifying and analyzing potential conflicts or gaps;
- Organizing refinement sessions and update user stories after prioritization by the PO;
- Proactively suggesting functional solutions, workarounds, optimizations and improvements;

**Where will you land?**

As a Business Analyst you will work in the commercial heart of Transavia, named Customer and Proposition (C&P) domain. Within this domain you will join team API. This team is a DevOps team that supports both colleagues and passengers during flight (operations). The focus is building an entire API layer, mainly for commercial purposes. The team works mainly with API Backend Developers, a tester, a Scrum Master and a Product Owner.

Spearheads within the team are **automation and convenience for the end user (automate & simplify**). As a link between Business and IT, you translate information between both perspectives and ensure system continuity and user support.

Transavia's IT organization consists of about 280 colleagues. Together with them, you will provide the technology that helps Transavia give our passengers and colleagues a good experience in the journey they make with us.

**Your baggage checklist**

As a Business Analyst, you are:

- Curious and 'agile'; you thrive on change. We need this to become better and better at what we do and to move with the constantly changing world around us;
- Decisive, enthusiastic, responsible, friendly and you have that “touch of guts”;
- Experienced as (internal or external) Strategy/ Business Analyst, (Business) Analyst, or in a similar role;
- Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week;
- Have a good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing;
- Willing to work on-call shifts;
- Experienced with, or are willing to perform, GITC (General IT Controls) topics.
