**Key Responsibilities**

  • Translate business demands into high-quality IT solutions (primarily SAP-focused).
  • Guide stakeholders in defining business requirements and ensure accurate transfer into IT solutions.
  • Own and manage assigned SAP data objects.
  • Support data migration, data cleansing, and ERP transformation activities.
  • Document, validate, and challenge business requirements, converting them into functional IT specifications (Functional Design, RICEF, Customization Requests).
  • Prepare “As-Is” and “To-Be” process documentation.
  • Contribute to business case development, including IT cost breakdowns.
  • Collaborate on system integration and asset/configuration management in SAP environments.

**Essential Experience**

  • 7-10 years in a discrete manufacturing industry (complex products, low volumes).
  • SAP ERP Data Migration and Transition projects.
  • SAP MM or SAP SD expertise.
  • System integration in manufacturing environments.
  • SAP asset management/configuration management (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP BNAC).
  • Knowledge of Keep The Core Clean concept in SAP.
  • Experience with SAFe methodology.
  • Familiarity with Equipment, Equipment hierarchy, Equipment BoM, and Asset Intelligence
  • Network (AIN).

**Technical Competencies**

  • SAP CS / PM / AIN (Asset Intelligence Network).
