We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Programs Manager International to join our International HR HQ team based in Hague and help us drive the HR agenda for the International during exciting transformation times

NN Group is embarking on an ambitious transformation program, Future Ready. This program is designed to significantly advance our capability to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive operational excellence, share and reuse capabilities across our business units, and foster profitable growth. As HR Programs Manager International, you will partner with our leadership to drive the NN Future Ready/SLA (Strategic Leadership Agenda) in NN International.

Wat ga je doen?

As a HR Programs Manager International, you will play a key role in building and executing our HR Strategy and people plan, translating business needs into HR programs that empower our employees and build capabilities of future ready workforce.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Oversee and manage HR Programs and initiatives for whole NN International
- Developing and implementing initiatives that effectively support the company’s strategic objectives with a special focus and attention on workforce transformation
- Facilitate employee learning and development by Leading the launch of Guilds in NN international
- Implement the aligned way of working in NN International (Empowered Product Teams/Making NN, Agile wow)
- Maintaining our Top Employer position in all the International markets
- Manage Employee engagement surveys including providing expert advice, and recommendations to leaders which results in highly engaged and empowered teams

- Salary between €6,353-€9,076 depending on your knowledge and experience (based on 36 hrs/week contract)

Wat je meebrengt

To be successful in the role of HR Programs Manager International, a strong set of competencies is required, including:

- You’ve had previous experience in general HR Management in an international environment
- You have a bachelor's degree or master's degree in HR Management or a related field
- You have strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically, aligning HR programs and initiatives with business goals and objectives
- You have proven track record in managing complex and multidisciplinary projects
- You have the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and stakeholders, to make and impact and influence them effectively
- You have excellent communication skills (English required, Dutch is valued), both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- You have the ability to manage change effectively, including communicating change, engaging stakeholders, and managing resistance
- You have outstanding collaboration skills and ability to build coalitions and bring people along to achieve remarkable results together
- Experience in working in agile context and knowledge of agile methodology would be an asset
