Are you ready to join a dynamic team as a Customer Operations Technician? Look no further We are seeking individuals who are passionate about maintaining critical installation infrastructure and providing exceptional service to our customers.

As a Customer Operations Technician, you will need plenty of cabling experience and have the ability to utilise strong IT skills while seamlessly transitioning between hands-on work and administrative tasks. Experience in delivering excellent customer service is a huge bonus, as our customers, both internal and external, are of utmost importance to us. We want them to be important to you too

**Responsibilities**
- You will be involved in responding to customer requests
- You will perform technical tasks on behalf of customers
- You will install customer equipment in racks
- You will lay cabling in the data center (UTP and fiber optic)
- You will monitor and respond to alarm notifications
- You will ensure proper documentation of customer work performed

**Qualifications**
- You will have experience in Data Centres or an adjacent industry/ environment
- Ideally you will have fibre experience
- You are looking to upskill and develop and work closely as part of a team
- You are self motivated and able to use judgement to make decision under the guidance of others
- You speak/ write fluently in English (Dutch is beneficial but not required)
