Ferilli’s Hospitality Group Assistant Restaurant Manager responsibilities;_**
- Manage and lead team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
- Train and develop staff
- Ensure efficient restaurant operations, including inventory management, food costing, and maintaining par levels of supplies

How to succeed as Assistant Restaurant Manager at Ferilli’s Hospitality Group;_**
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager of a high-end or fine dining Italian restaurant group
- In-dept knowledge to manage, structure and develop a restaurant company
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high demanding environment, multitask and meet expectations without compromising quality
