Supervisor Sample Processing Lab

Groningen, Netherlands

Voor ons Sample Processing Lab in Groningen zijn we op zoek naar een supervisor om ons diverse en dynamische team te versterken voor mínimaal 32 uur per week. Als Supervisor bij ICON, speel je een cruciale rol in het toezicht houden op de operationele aspecten rondom sample processing in klinische onderzoeken.

Binnen het Sample Processing Lab van Icon worden klinische samples verwerkt die afkomstig zijn uit klinische studies in onze kliniek. Deze verwerkingen worden uitgevoerd door een team van ongeveer 30 analisten.

Wat je ga doen:
- Een team van ongeveer 30 analisten aansturen- Teamleden begeleiden en ontwikkelen, een cultuur van inclusie en uitmuntendheid in sample processing bevorderen.- Het maken van roosters en dagelijkse planning.- De dagelijkse gang van zaken van het sample processing lab aansturen en beheren, waardoor onderzoeken efficiënt en aan de hand van de juiste protocollen en regelgeving worden uitgevoerd.- Kwaliteitsbewaking omtrent sample processing, inzichten en aanbevelingen verwerken tot verbeterplannen in samenwerking met de manager Sample Procesing.- Apparatuur beheer.- Sterke relaties opbouwen met interne en externe belanghebbenden om effectieve communicatie en samenwerking te bevorderen.

Jouw profiel:
- Een HBO of MBO diploma in een relevant vakgebied zoals Life Sciences.- HBO denk
- en werkniveau- Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden met het vermogen om teams te inspireren en te managen in een dynamische omgeving.- Uitstekende communicatie in Nederlands en Engels.- Ervaring met GCP is een pre.- Minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar.
