Internship: Creative Operations

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We’re the Creative Operations team, within Gisou. Our team role is to act as the “spiders in the web” or the “glue” within the in-house Creative Studio that ensures the smooth running of planned campaign and brand activities. Responsible for proactively tracking and reporting progress of projects and addressing any challenges and risks on the way. Together with the Marketing Team we make up a cross-disciplinary hive. It’s our job to bring brand to life externally and internally. We move fast, pride ourselves on our work, and sprinkle fun into every project.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
**Support Creative Operations & Systems**:

- Help maintain and organize digital assets within Bynder, ensuring all final deliverables are correctly uploaded, well tagged, and easy to locate.

- Help maintain the synchronization of assets across our tools & systems to prevent missing files and streamline workflows.

- Help maintain and update the project management platform, providing project management support and stepping in as needed to keep projects on track.

- Assist with training sessions on tools to help teams adopt and follow established processes.

- Support the creation of a comprehensive playbook detailing ways of working, including processes, guidelines, lead times, and campaign overviews within the company.

**Always-on**:
Collaborate closely with the Creative Operations team to support smaller projects from intake to delivery, ensuring timely execution and quality.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- You are proactive, motivated, adaptable and open-minded.

- You have a structured way of working and an eye for detail.

- You can work towards deadlines.

- You can work efficiently with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- You speak and write fluent English (Dutch is a plus)**.**

Experience with project management platforms is a plus.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Available to start from Monday February 2nd 2026.
- You must be a MBO / HBO student and are looking for a **FULL-TIME**& ONSITE** internship for at least 6 months.
- You must be in the possession of a BSN.
- You must have an Internship contract from your School / University and the internship must be integrated into your program of study.
- Available for 5 days per week, from which 4 days on-site in the Amsterdam office.
