**What to Expect**

Tesla is currently seeking a highly motivated IT Asset Management Administrator to join our team onsite at Tilburg. The IT Asset Management Administrator position within the IT Asset Management team will be the behind-the-scenes support contributing to the success of the IT Operations teams as a whole and whose mission is to optimize the utilization of Tesla's IT Assets. This role will work closely with fellow team members and various other IT staff to ensure proper management of the asset lifecycle at Teala. The Administrator must have a strong understanding of asset management disciplines and have experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

**What You'll Do**
- Provide prompt hardware support to address inventory or hardware issues, reducing downtime and improving end-user satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and replace peripherals, including monitors, keyboards, docking stations, and other hardware
- Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve escalated hardware issues efficiently
- Assist other IT teams during high-demand periods, such as hardware refresh projects or urgent deployments
- Work closely with procurement teams to track requisitions, verify orders, and receive equipment.
- Prepare, label, and configure IT assets for deployment requests
- Conduct periodic audits to identify outdated or underutilized assets and ensure operational efficiency
- Perform inventory reconciliation and maintain accurate records within the Asset Management database
- Address asset-related tickets for replacements, upgrades, or transfers, ensuring accountability
- Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and protocols

**What You'll Bring**
- Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent customer service, communication skills, attention to detail and process discipline
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, work independently under pressure, prioritize, and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and process discipline
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general knowledge of the various types of IT hardware
- 3+ years Asset Management experience is a must
- Strong ability to analyze data with In-depth knowledge of IT asset lifecycle
- 3+ years of experience in an IT Operations role
