**Join Brixton Europe as a Customer Order Intern**

Step into the dynamic world of Customer Service and Order Management with Brixton Europe, supporting our thriving markets across Europe and the UK. We specialize in Headwear and Apparel, and we're looking for an enthusiastic intern to be a crucial part of our team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience by managing customer orders, collaborating with key stakeholders, and contributing to optimizing sales support workflows. You’ll get hands-on exposure to the sales process, from order entry to final delivery, all while maintaining high levels of customer service and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the first point of contact for all customer order-related inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with the Logistics and Warehouse teams to secure delivery dates and ensure smooth processing.
- Address customer inquiries related to product availability, order statuses, returns, and refunds.
- Support daily customer order operations and assist with service tasks.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing an HBO/WO degree in Business Administration, Economics, Operations, Sales, Fashion or a related field (preferably in your final year).
- Enrolled with a Dutch educational institution (proof of enrollment for the current academic year required).
- Residing in or around Amsterdam, NL.
- Available for a minimum of 6 months (preferably 1 year), for 32-40 hours per week.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Strong communication skills with high attention to detail. Proactive, eager to learn, and a problem-solver.
- Comfortable working with MS Office, particularly intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic functions).

**What We Offer**:

- Internship available to start immediately, for a minimum of 6 months, ideally 1 year.
- Hybrid work setup: 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate your university schedule.
- Potential for a long-term role after your internship, with opportunities to grow within our company.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to €500,00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Amsterdam
