Fini AI is on a mission to help every company in the world build their own autonomous AI agents for everything from customer service to commerce. As we scale, we're expanding our Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations team to build the systems and insights that power our customer-facing functions.

We’re looking for a **Strategy & Operations Associate** to support the development and execution of our GTM strategy. In this role, you’ll work closely with teams across Sales, Agent Development, and Marketing to improve processes, drive analytics, and support strategic planning efforts.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Support revenue, compensation, and headcount planning across GTM functions
- Assist with quarterly business reviews, forecasts, and performance reporting
- Help build attribution and propensity models to better understand customer behavior and demand
- Conduct analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize GTM processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn insights into scalable solutions

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1-3 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, or GTM roles at a tech company or startup
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and Excel/Sheets
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in AI, startups, and building from 0 to 1
