**About the vacancy**:
The Facility Manager will provide support to the Global Innovation and Support Center Breda and takes care of the housekeeping of a company as well as the management of the building. Our future colleague will be responsible for the design, maintenance and management of the building and will keep a close contact with our suppliers. Manages external service providers such as security guards, cleaners, catering and other facility service providers.

**What will you do?**
- Support all employees in the organization who need to be able to work in a well-maintained and safe office building
- Furnish the building, give advice on workplace design and internal relocations and adjustments.
- Keep in contact with external suppliers and service providers on behalf of the building owner.
- Manage the Office Managers, security, catering, cleaning service and fleet management by splitting the roles and tasks in the team.
- Manage, guide, monitor, conduct assessments and performance interviews.
- Bring a valuable input to improve and optimize the company's strategic processes.
- Ensure compliance with Arbo regulations
- Responsible for in-house emergency response and the Emergency Plan.
- Create Multi-Year Maintenance Plans (MJOP).
- Manage the budget and operations of NewCold Real Estate.
- Bring improvements in the areas of safety, hygiene and facility costs and implement it in the business processes.

**Who are we looking for?**

You have:

- HBO or Master Degre
- 4 to 7 years relevant working experience for this role
- BHV certificate
- Driving license
- Innovative & Entrepreneurial Thinking
- Accountability & Integrity
- Outstanding Teamwork & Communication skills
- Service oriented
- Proficient in spoken and written Dutch and English, any additional European language is a plus
