Data Analyst

Are you analytical, numerically strong and data driven? Do you have insight into logístical processes and do you enjoy the challenge of informing the team on the basis of the right data? Then read on quickly, because we are looking for a full-time Data Analyst.

As a Data Analyst you are responsible for analyzing logístical data. You collect and combine data sets from various sources and you provide the local MT with data analyses and management reports. You will build and maintain dashboards and reports and use KPIs to provide insight into the processes in our warehouse in Heerlen. You work in day shift and report to the CI Manager.

**What you do on a typical day**
- Interpreting logistics data and analyzing results with statistical techniques and analysis tools
- Developing and implementing data analytics and other solutions that fit the organization
- Building dashboards and reports to provide insight into results and KPIs
- Recognizing, analyzing and interpreting trends, patterns and relationships within (complex) data sets
- Translating insights into improvement and innovation proposals with data-driven substantiation

**What you need to succeed at GXO**
- HBO (Bachelor/Master) work and thinking level in the direction of Business Analytics or Business Information Management
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a similar position within logistics
- You have experience with the development of reports and dashboards
- You have knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, Business intelligence systems and you are expert in working with Excel
- You have strong communication skills in English (in word and writing). Dutch is a pré
- You have the following competencies: analytical ability, result oriented, accurate, proactive and independent
