We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented **Marketing & Sales Coordinator** in **Hoofddorp**, to lead the development and execution of marketing strategy and sales materials for this niche but vital area of our business.

As Marketing & Sales Coordinator, you are a detail-oriented marketing professional specialising in the coordination and execution of Resale campaigns for pre-owned Feadships. Which are renowned globally for their bespoke craftsmanship and innovation.

You are experienced in managing cross-functional projects, producing high-end sales materials, and delivering campaigns that reflect the brand’s uncompromising standards. The Marketing & Sales Coordinator aligns creative output with Feadship’s identity and ensures timely, high-quality output delivery across all channels

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Marketing Strategy**
Develop and execute tailored marketing plans for pre-owned Feadships, aligned with brand objectives.
- ** Content & Sales Materials**
Create brochures, presentations, and digital assets in collaboration with internal teams and external creatives. Manage photo/video shoots and write compelling copy for listings and campaigns.
- ** Digital & Social Media**
Run targeted digital campaigns, manage listings across resale platforms (e.g. YATCO) and Feadship’s website.
- ** Broker Relations**
Develop broker-facing materials, maintain relationships, and coordinate open days and private viewings.
- ** Event Planning**
Organise resale-focused events and private experiences in line with Feadship standards, working with Events and Comms teams.
- ** Project Management**
Coordinate with internal departments, ensure timely delivery of assets, and adapt campaigns based on performance insights.

**Dit breng je mee**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field;
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the yachting or high-end lifestyle sector;
- Strong coordination skills for marketing campaigns and cross-functional projects;
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, it would be excellent if you also speak Dutch;
- Keen eye for detail and alignment with luxury branding standards;
- Proficient in producing marketing materials, including brochures, digital assets, and listings;
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, including social media and resale platforms (e.g. YATCO);
- Effective communicator, able to collaborate with internal teams, brokers, and creative partners;
- Organized, structured, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment;
- Based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate; open to international travel (6-12 times per year);
- Experience in planning and organizing events such as private viewings, open days, or yacht shows.

Great conditions, such as:

- Gross monthly salary between € 3,300 and € 4,500 based on 40 hours p/w (scaling based on experience and knowledge);
- 13th month salary and 8% holiday allowance, bring the salary to € 46-64K p/y;
- Non-contributory pension scheme (fully paid by us);
- 27 vacation days + 13 ADV days per year (40 days p/y based on full-time);
