Visual Designer

As a Visual Designer at Soly, you will work in the Design team within the Marketing department, alongside another visual designer. You will closely collaborate with the rest of the marketing department, which consists of the performance marketing and content teams. You will also frequently collaborate with developers to get your vision to life and other departments about the design needs of the company. Your main goal is to create high quality content (static & motion), improve our customer experience through user-friendly design, and make sure that our brand DNA is always respected.

The position is available in two locations: Amsterdam and Groningen. Both cities have offices where our marketing and development teams collaborate. Your designated office will depend on your place of residence.

Your creative contributions will also play a key role for our teams in Milan, London, Vienna, Cape Town, and Düsseldorf.

**Your impact** Support and collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver high quality designs- Work with the marketing team to create visual elements that align with ongoing campaigns and objectives- Exploring new trends and developments in graphic design to continuously improve our visual communications- Ensuring consistency of brand style and tone across all content- Audit existing content to make sure all of our visual elements and assets are up to date and consistent with our brand

**Your profile**- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media, or related degree in the field.- 3/4 years of experience in a similar role- Strong UX/UI design approach with experience improving user interaction and overall user experience.- Have experience in working with existing identity/design systems with the ability to work on new out-of-the-box campaigns.- You are a master design softwares such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop, and Figma- You have a creative mind and can work independently. A high sense of responsibility is key- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- You have a passion for creating visual content that appeals to the target audience.- Feel comfortable with hybrid working, in the office and remotely with colleagues and team members in multiple locations- Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are a plus.- We consider it important that all new employees can provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) before the start of employment.
