Sponsor & Events Coordinator

**This is what you will do**

Once our sales team has secured negotiations with the client, as our Sponsor & Events Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind all correspondence with clients contributing to our events to ensure smooth execution of the agreements made. You play a crucial role in bridging the gap between clients, sales and event teams - before, during and after the deal is closed. With your incisive approach and extensive experience, you ensure that every detail is perfectly executed, from planning to execution.
- Follow up with sponsors on deliverables for our B2B events
- Coordinate sponsor interactions: schedule meetings, chase materials and communicate timelines
- Send post-event reports, delegate lists, evaluation stats, and set up evaluation meetings

- Salary € 3.200;
- up to € 3.800;
- gross per month based on 36 hours, excl. 12% Personal Choice Budget (PCB) and profit share

**You already have this knowledge and experience**

You’ve worked in a similar support or client-facing role before and love a well-organised workflow. You’re a strong communicator, fluent in English and Dutch, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities with accuracy and care.
- Experience in sales support or sponsorship coordination
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable communicating with clients and building relationships
- A team player with a hands-on mentality
- Excellent verbal and written skills in both Dutch and English is mandatory
