As our Sales Assistant, you are responsible for thorough administration for the purpose of sales activities and supporting one or more Account Managers. You will work directly with colleagues in the areas of product management, financial administration and supply chain to:

- Preparation of quotations.
- Requesting price quotes and purchase orders and providing support for tenders.
- Providing samples for customers and prospects.
- Answering customer questions and providing service in the broadest sense of the word.
- Monitoring the progress of sales projects with regard to production, artwork, certification, delivery and deadlines, and making adjustments if necessary.
- Initiating and executing customer-oriented mailings.
- Perform and monitor the administration of Sales.
- Accurate reporting in the data management system (NAV).
- Initiating and conducting customer evaluations, as required.
- Identifies problems and resolves them.
- Delivers thorough (monthly) management reports, if required.
- Identifying trends, to promote new product developments.
- Organizing participation in trade fairs.
- Also performs other common tasks than mentioned above.

Additional tasks and responsibilities for the position of Sales Team Leader:

- Managing and supervising the Sales Assistants.

- Good command of the English language both verbally and in writing
