**Based in Eindhoven**

As our Sustainability Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for keeping track of all our sustainability data as well as leading the sustainability reporting process within the biggest division: Commercial Waste Netherlands. The scope captures our full carbon footprint as well as other sustainability KPIs such as our recycling rate and carbon avoidance.

**Your top 5 responsibilities**
- Keeping track of all sustainability data within this division. Owning our carbon footprint reporting methodology.
- Data collection and reporting (building a dashboard) to map recycling rates, CO2 emissions and later also water, gas and biodiversity on a quarterly basis.
- Leading the implementation of a new reporting tool and keeping it up to date.
- Managing alignment on key metrics and calculate their impact on strategic choices.
- Supporting sustainability audits, accreditations and ESG ratings (e.g. FTSE4Good, CO2-prestatieladder, others).

- and reporting. Improvements include mapping our scope 3 carbon footprint, full validation of our entire footprint, rolling out a new reporting tool and signing up to additional sustainability accreditations. You will be a contact with many key functions at Renewi as well as the agencies supporting us with these projects.

**Your new team**:
This position will report directly to Business Line Controller PMI (Product Management & Innovation) within the Finance & Control Team. Functionally you will report to our Manager Sustainability.

**Your profile**:
We’re looking for a new colleague with experience with Sustainability KPI’s. You are curious and you like to get to the bottom of things. Besides that, you are open minded, cooperative and you come up proactively with ideas and suggestions.

In addition to this you will bring:

- 2+ years of work experience in relevant corporate sustainability, sustainability & climate reporting, finance, sustainable finance and/or ESG data & analytics context.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and report writing skills.
- Master's degree in business, economics, finance, environmental management or sustainability.
- Hands-on and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and stakeholders while working in an international collaborative team environment.
- A team player, able to work with professionals from different disciplines and cultural backgrounds, while being capable to operate independently.
- Fluent in English (spoken/written). Proficient command of other languages highly valued (Dutch, French, Flemish, etc.).

**Our procedure**:

- The first round of interviews (3 in total via TEAMS or F2F) are scheduled in the first week of January.
- The second round interviews will be scheduled the following week. It is possible that a short “Sustainability Study case” will be asked to be prepared upfront and be presented briefly in this meeting.
