**More about the role**:
This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an **Advanced Quality Manager** in **Eindhoven** with Signify.
You will:
- Define and implement the quality, regulatory and compliance policies within his scope.
- Define and implement the quality processes and tools (AQP) required to drive product quality, customer satisfaction & continuous improvement within his scope.
- Assure all products are always within specification and meeting customer specifications & internal policies for the full life cycle of the product/ systems both for insourced as outsourced products during NPDL or in Change Management
- Manage KPIs related to NPDL/ Change - CoNQ, #MS taken on target: CROT & Launch Quality, Field Return Rate, # field incidents
- Define and execute audit Programs for areas within his scope
**More about you**:

- 10+ years of experience in advanced, supplier or manufacturing quality with knowledge of customer satisfaction approaches
- Demonstrated ability to lead functionally global quality teams
- Experience in new product development & complaint handling processes with cross-functional teams
- Detailed knowledge of the theory and principles of APQP and statistical methods
- Master’s or PhD degree in Engineering
