Duty Manager Fulltime Anantara Grand Hotel

We are looking for a Duty Manager who will be responsible for overseeing reception tasks, daily Front Office operations, and upholding quality standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

As a Duty Manager your role is crucial in ensuring positive guest experiences by resolving concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

Within this role your main responsibilities are;
- Supervise, train and coordinate the Front Desk team and maintain high service standards and uphold our brand image;
- Ensure a correct check-in and check-out process following LQA standards;
- Develop and implement creative solutions to areas of improvement;
- Providing and improving the luxury service and following up on the guest journey;
- Maintain constant communication with other departments;
- Ensure consistency in LQA Standards at all times;
- Build relationship with regular guests;
- Responsible for daily operations when the Management Team is absent in the hotel.
