Job Summary:
The Financing & HR Staff plays a critical role in supporting both financial and human resource functions within the organization. This hybrid position involves managing essential financial processes, such as budgeting, payroll, financial reporting, and expense management, while simultaneously overseeing HR activities like recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and compliance with labor laws. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in both finance and human resources.
Key responsabilites of the job:
- Financial Responsibilities:
1) Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
2) Manage and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
3) Maintain financial records and ensure they are compliant with legal and internal policies.
4) Support month-end and year-end close processes.
5) Monitor company’s financial performance and create financial reports as required.
6) Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and collections.
- Human Resource Responsibilities:
2) Manage employee records, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
3) Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
4) Maintain compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
5) Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and policies.
6) Support performance appraisal and development planning processes.
Educational and physical recuirements:
- A person with a degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- A person who can speak English and Dutch.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to excel in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Annual salary can be discussed for experienced workers.
