**You get it done**
As the regional director of East-Netherlands, you are the driving force behind our operations in Venray, 's-Heerenberg, Haps, and Amsterdam. You manage an annual revenue of around 110 million euros and lead a team of approximately 750 FTE. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of DSV Solutions Netherlands, you are responsible for achieving an efficient and effective business operation. You’re on it.

How do you do this? By leading your management team and operations with a people-centric approach. You connect with people and inspire them to reach their full potential. You take full responsibility for the logístical processes in East Netherlands, including planning, inbound logistics, control, storage, shipping, order assembly, and outbound logistics.

You achieve this by:

- achieving strategic growth. You maintain and expand client relationships in collaboration with our business development team, with a keen eye for new opportunities and market developments;
- driving efficiency and innovation. You focus on the renewal and optimization of our existing locations, develop innovative solutions in tech and data, and enhance productivity;
- budgeting and KPIs. You coordinate and monitor budgets, set priorities, and drive improvement projects. Achieving KPI targets is your primary focus.

**You bring**
- leadership experience. You have extensive experience in a leadership role, preferably within a 3PL organization;
- analytical skills and an eye for innovation. You have a data-driven vision for continuous improvement and can identify and sustainably solve bottlenecks;
- communication skills. You communicate fluently in both Dutch and English and can effectively engage with various stakeholders;
- passion and enthusiasm: Your enthusiasm is contagious and motivates both colleagues and clients.
- lean knowledge. You have experience with lean management, leading significant improvement and innovation projects, and implementing them.
