The European activities are managed by the office in Rotterdam. We are looking for a **Warehouse Administrator** who knows how to tackle things. As an **Warehouse Administrator** you are part of our Warehouse team, and you report to the Warehouse Manager.

**Job description**

As a **Warehouse Administrator**, you are responsible for the administrative and coordinating side of our warehouse process. You ensure correct registration of incoming and outgoing goods, accurate stock levels in our systems, and provide essential information to warehouse colleagues. By keeping the warehouse administration organized and up-to-date, you directly contribute to the efficiency and quality of our global projects.

**Your responsibilities**
- Register and process incoming and outgoing goods in the ERP/warehouse system
- Check and update stock levels to ensure availability of parts and materials
- Prepare packing lists, shipping documents, and other paperwork
- Support order planning and coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams
- Perform administrative stock checks and support physical inventories
- Monitor compliance with quality and safety procedures from an administrative perspective
- Act as the link between warehouse staff, operations, and logistics teams

**Your profile**
- A completed MBO education, preferably in logistics administration or a related field
- Experience in warehouse administration or logistics coordination is a plus
- Accurate, structured, and proactive attitude
- Able to work independently and in close collaboration with different departments
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems)
- Good communication skills in Dutch and or English
