Room Mate Aitana opened its doors in August 2013 and counts 285 spacious, bright and luxurious rooms, meetings rooms, a ballroom, a gym, Lounge, a marina and hosts a restaurant with Spanish and Mediterranean food in a modern jacket.

**Currently Room Mate Aitana is looking for an enthusiastic Guest Relations Agent to help wow our guests with amazing service that exceeds all their expectations**

The Guest Relations Agent is responsible for providing excellent service and a unique experience to our guests. You are the 'face' of the hotel, and with your 'can do' attitude you are the one creating great memories and experiences.
- **Your main tasks will be**:_
- Connecting with our guests at any stage of their stay (before, during, in the lobby, at breakfast, after their stay)
- getting to know our guest preferences and paying attention to all these details during a guest stay
- Arranging special requests for in-house guests
- Welcoming of VIP guests
- Making restaurant / excursion / show / tour reservations and building relations with these providers
- Finding out he best new hotspots in town and sharing them with your guests and your colleagues
- Arranging proper follow-up to guest complaints in cooperation with Service Coordinators / Hotel Management
- Supporting Front Office in peak moments with check in and check out
- Providing (tourist) information about the city
- Rounds during breakfast time to enquire guest satisfaction and report irregularities to hotel management
- Prepare weekly overview complaints and comments (including concerning outsourced F&B services) and forward it to hotel management

- Education preferably in Hospitality / Customer service / Hostess direction
- Work experience in a related area (i.e. hotel guest relations / front office / service environment) is a plus
- Excellent level of English, Dutch is highly preferred and Spanish is a big plus
