- We are currently recruiting for an **Inside Sales Coordinator** to join a new team based in our **Amsterdam **office.
- You will make your impact by delivering a radical customer experience to our wholesale retailers across Benelux. The role is a mix of order management, managing independent retailer’s accounts, supporting our internal sales teams and key account retailers store teams. You will also have responsibility for supporting the Business Development Manager and team by keeping information and data up to date and supporting them with administrative tasks.
- **Your impact**
- Being the internal contact for Business Development Executives for administrative support, sample allocation and preparing presentations
- Processing and following through with key account orders
- Providing an added value service to our key accounts providing updates on orders, deliveries, stock levels and reporting
- Be proactive in contacting your independent retailers to provide any support they may need, including training on how to place orders with our B2B website and supporting with any queries on how to use our B2B tool, providing any needed collateral/fixtures and making suggestions based on their budgets
- Setting up sales promotions on our systems
- Handling customer data
- Actively calling customers aligned with our BDE set up
- Being responsible for ensuring our retailers receive updates and communication with relevant information (wholesale price lists, promotions etc.)
- Will manage the return process with our warehouse as well as managing credit and debit note processing with our internal shared service center
- Conducts analysis on SAP and Excel to support our internal sales teams (blocked and back/open orders, etc.)

- Someone who has a “can do” positive approach who can adapt to change and is passionate about delivering a radical customer experience to our wholesale customers and employees.
- You are an excellent communicator verbally and written, are able to quickly create strong relationships and build trust with customers
- Able to understand and act on sales reports
- Has a solid understanding of SAP system
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Experience within a wholesale environment
- Proven commercial skills and understanding within a previous role
- Excellent Dutch and English language
