Your responsibilities will also include developing and executing marketing strategies, creating engaging content, managing digital platforms, analysing market trends, and driving customer engagement while aligning with our sustainability goals.

**The Role**
You will take on a dynamic and multi-faceted role, contributing to the growth of our brand and services in the renewable sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that align with our sustainability goals and resonate with our target audience.
In this role, you will work closely with our commercial departments to promote our services, assisting in the creation of marketing materials and campaigns tailored to specific business goals. You will organize and coordinate webinars, events, and other promotional activities, managing all aspects from planning to execution.
Additionally, you will oversee the management of digital platforms, ensuring the company’s website and social media channels effectively communicate our value proposition. You will analyse market trends, customer feedback, and campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations that drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration will be a key part of your role, as you work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. You will also have the opportunity to represent the company at industry events, building relationships with stakeholders and positioning us as a leader in the renewable market.
Main tasks:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Caely’s services and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to create and implement promotional campaigns tailored to business goals.
- Organize and manage webinars, events, and other promotional activities, including planning and logistics.
- Create and manage engaging content for digital platforms, including social media and websites.
- Analyse market trends and campaign performance to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Support the team with brand guidelines, strategy, content creation (images, videos, templates), and staying updated on the latest marketing initiatives and strategies.
**The Requirements**
In order to be considered for the role you will meet the following:
- 2-5 years’ proven experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related rol
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in content creation, social media management, and digital tools
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent
- Accurate, precise with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Living and working in/around Amsterdam, The Netherlands
