**What are my responsibilities?**

During your shift you lead a diverse team of Food & Beverage waiters and you are pro-active in delivering brilliant service to our guests. You give pre-briefings to the team, coach and train new colleagues and trainees. You also assist the Manager in making schedules, the hours control, costs, meetings, promotions, suppliers etc. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will also do Manager on Duty shifts. You will report directly to the Restaurant Manager.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service minded Food & Beverage Supervisor. As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you lead the shifts of all Food & Beverage service outlets: Midtown Grill Restaurant, Sorel’s Bar & Lounge, Room Service and Executive Lounge. You enjoy working in an international environment and are passionate about delivering excellent service to ensure that our guests experience a memorable stay. You enjoy working with people and work well in a team. You have great communication
- and leadership skills. You have a good overview and are proactive in your daily routine. You can coach and motivate your colleagues to give their best and you have a high guest focus. To be eligible for this position you;
- have experience in an international hospitality chain
- have experience in leading a team, experience as a supervisor or assistant is an advantage
- are able to coach and motivate people
- are flexible in working hours and days
- speak and write fluently in English and/or Dutch
