E2e Delivery Assurance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Manager E2E Validation Assurance, to join our Technology Platform group, with experience in leading and driving the quality assurance of end to end Connectivity Services, experienced in achieving results through guiding technology partners towards robust and scalable solutions.

What will you be doing?
- Assure on-time, and in-scope delivery of LG’s One Connect Platform, meeting our E2E quality targets.The scope of this platform is a powerful micro service based solution, orchestrating a growing number of connectivity services, across our in-home WiFi Mesh, Cloud Components and Customer Apps, for our fixed (Cable and Fiber) and mobile footprint, with services including, Device Management, WiFi orchestration, Application Prioritisation, Security, Parental Controls, and Smart Home.
- Act as a quality guard keeper and ensure we have visibility on the E2E delivery of our technology partners, with specific focus on their E2E test management and Test results.
- Track and act on key metrics vital to ensure that deliveries are on-time while meeting the expected quality standards in conjunction with the Director Connectivity Development.
- Collaborate with our key partners across Liberty Global Technology and Product teams, with our 5 key markets, to refine our business and technical delivery process, and coordinate developments/deliveries with our delivery partners.
- Identify quality improvements and drive initiatives to improve the customer experience of our Platform. This will span our microservices and back-end systems, all our customer touchpoints and integration of the CPEs with these systems. The person will coordinate across partners to ensure timely and effective issue resolution
- Overall you will be the champion and guardian of our platform timelines and scope, overseeing its development and evolution at a time of unprecedented technological opportunity

We tend to look for people with:
Essential:

- Experience in identifying, troubleshooting and resolving E2E performance issues for complex integrated system stacks and networks.
- Experience of AI Prompt Engineering to facilitate Use Cases that will improve system quality, user experience, and operational performance.
- Shown experience as a Quality assurance engineer or Test manager, with a focus on Cloud Based Ecosystems, including Micro Services & Apps, CPE development and delivery, within a telco / service provider environment.
- Technology-based product and platform development background, spanning cloud-based software services, mobile apps and potentially connected consumer electronics (e.g., IOT devices, CPE).
- Demonstrable experience of major developments and deliveries of strategic technology initiatives that have benefitted the company and its customers

Desirable:

- Optional: Experience working in a lead technical or product role for Software as a Service business.
- Use of Agile team working to deliver technical outcomes.
- Expertise in firmware development, integration, and delivery.
- Proven experience in quality assurance at the level of enterprised-scaled eco-systems, including knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle and the continuous integration delivery model in an agile environment.
- Possess a thorough understanding of testing methodologies and test management, in the area of test automation, regression testing, functional and non-functional testing
- Ability to work independently as well as within teams.
- Creative thought.
- Problem solving, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a risk assessment.
- Highly numerate and analytic.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
