Baker Hughes Process & Pipeline Services (PPS) supports the full lifecycle of customers' asset from pre-commissioning to decommissioning. We help to reduce future corrosion, improve efficiency, and maximize throughput. Our engineered solutions for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and maintenance shutdowns include specialized services for the oil and gas, power generation, metals and mining, and other process industries.

Our Operations Coordinator will coordinate all aspects of process and pipeline field operations from the initial tender to final job report for work of varying sizes. You will ensure flawless execution and contract adherence with the key goal of delivering the awarded work safely. The position will have a team of Resource Planning Specialists directly reporting to you and you are accountable for the management, training and career development of those direct reports.

As Operations Coordinator Europe and Africa, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars.
- Planning, coordinating, and monitoring all field activities for our business in Europe and Africa to ensure successful completion
- Handling the scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements to provide effective support
- Working with Operations Manager to plan and distribute workloads amongst the team as required by the business
- Participating in pre-job briefing and ensure familiarisation of staff with the workscope
- Working with AMO team to ensure equipment readiness
- Liaising with other regional Coordinators for optimum utilisation of resources and personnel to the benefit of the business
- Contributing to the process of continuous training and qualification improvement of employees within the Department

To be successful in this role you will:

- Pipeline and process experience
- Several years of experience in managing teams
- Good computer skills and full professional proficiency in English
- Be able to travel (Europe and Africa)
- Must be a self-starter and natural leader who is capable of working with little to no supervision
- Excellent safety attitude is a must. Must participate in all Company safety programs and adhere to all policies
