**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Clean and maintain lobbies, corridors, elevators, stairways, restrooms, and other public areas.
- Ensure all public areas are free of debris, dust, and stains.
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance department.
- Report any lost and found items to the housekeeping manager.
- Maintain the housekeeping cart and ensure it is stocked and organized.
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials.
- Provide polite and professional service to guests.
- Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

**WHAT WE ASK OF YOU**:

- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment is an advantage.
- English speaking / Knowledge of the Dutch language is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
- Strong eye for detail
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends & holidays.
