**Finance & Control Manager (Intelligent Care)**

**What would you do as our**Finance & Control Manager**:
You are the financial conscience and strategic compass of Intelligent Care. You’ll lead the Finance & Administration team and oversee finance, QA, legal/compliance, and purchasing. Your sharp analysis and continuous improvement mindset will ensure we remain in control, compliant, and ready for growth. You’ll work closely with the CEO and Management Team and other entities.

**You would also be responsible for**:

- Drive financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across multiple entities of Senior Care BeNeLux (FocusCura, Kadex, Phoniro BV)
- Monthly reporting to ASSA ABLOY
- Lead budgeting, business planning, and investment assessments
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations (ISO9001, ISO27001, CE, NEN)
- Optimize and digitize financial and administrative processes
- Strengthen risk management, contract management, and data quality
- Support strategic decisions with actionable insights and business cases

**The skills and experience you need**:

- Master’s degree in Business Economics or similar
- 10-15 years of experience in a results-driven environment, including 5+ years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of SaaS/Cloud, BI tools, and financial systems
- Affinity with legal/compliance and contract drafting
- Experience with organizational change, M&A is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Analytical, decisive, and a natural leader with a helicopter view
- Location: close to the headquarters in Ede - 2 days on-site mandatory
