The sector Shared Services Warehouse Logistics Services and Support is responsible for the planning, assembling and shipment of ASML material, upgrade packages etc.

**Job Mission**

Handling highly vulnerable parts on time to our internal and external customers, assuring On-time-in-Full, Quality delivery, correct communication and administrative processes while assuring compliant processes.

**Primary Activities for the role of : Material handler Optics.**

The Warehouse Optics department is responsible for multiple processes supporting production:

- Receiving, Handling, delivery, storage and making ready for shipment of delicate lenses and other optical equipment for worldwide shipment.
- Prepare and shipping of delicate lenses and optical to the customer with 100% OTIF
- Preparing lenses, optical and lens parts for long term storage
- Pack and handle the administrative work of the defects for return to vendor
- Request RTM from external vendor and prepare for shipment to customer
- Handle and process complicated mail. Solving issues in SAP

**Education**
- ** MBO+ in the field of logistics, warehousing, Supply Chain management**

**Experience**
- Min. 3-5 years of experience within logistics and or production.
- Hands-on experience in a technical production/warehouse environment.
- Preferably experience with handling delicate material, trouble-shooting: analyzing problem, finding root-cause and determining solution.
- Knowledge of quality improvement methods.
- Experience in problem analysis of products and processes.

- Takes initiative, is targeted and flexible.
- Is service minded, good communicator on different levels, team player.
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team within a high tech environment.
- SAP knowledge preferred.
- Microsoft skills are preferred.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends, work overtime when needed.
- Deals with stress effectively and has an independent and accurate attitude.
- Pro-active, open to change.
- Ability to speak and write Dutch and English.

**Context of the position**
- The holder of this position reports to the Manager: Shared Services, Warehouse logistics, Services and Support

**Other Information**
- Certificate of conduct (‘Verklaring van Geen Bezwaar’, VGB) is mandatory and must be available upon start.
- Certificate of ‘Medewerker luchtvracht’ is required preferably before start.
- EPT and heftruck is required preferably before start.
- Work will partially be done in cleanroom (wearing cleanroom suit)
- Work will be done in Support roster 2 shifts.
- There will be 2 interviews in total
- Every Thursday 16:00-17:00 is a fixed time slot for interviews, the other time slots are different every week
