Citco Bank Nederland N.V. is looking for a Compliance Analyst based in Amsterdam to assist the CBN Compliance team in its day-to-day Compliance duties. This function is an ideal function to start a career in Compliance and learn and grow within the Compliance function within Citco **.**

**Your Role**:

- You will support CBN Compliance Officers and act as contact point for Compliance questions within the bank;
- Prepare and maintain internal documentation up-to-date (policies, procedures and manual);
- Participate in Compliance monitoring excercises, such as field work and assist in the preparation of Monitoring Reports;
- Process questionnaires and requests received by 3rd parties, and perform compliance monitoring activities, draft AML Letters and fill out due diligence questionnaires;
- Prepare and assist CBN Compliance Officers in Compliance training to staff;
- Support the Compliance function with departemental administration tasks;
- Minute taking of Compliance meetings;
- Process monitoring status updates in GC Monitoring tooling TeamMate+
- Maintain CBN Compliance SharePoint;

**About You**:

- You have a degree in Law, Economics or Management, with at least 1-3 years related work experience in the (Dutch) financial sector ( in a bank, fund manager, or custodian);
- Sound regulatory compliance knowledge of banking and depositary;
- Thorough understanding of Know Your Customer regulations (including AML/CFT framework);
- Understanding of the Private Equity and Real Estate Industry.
- Show good understanding of non-financial risk;
- Excellent communicator (fluency in English is necessary).
