**FULL TIME WAREHOUSE TEAM SUPERVISOR AT LX PANTOS NETHERLANDS B.V.**

As a Warehouse Team Supervisor you are going to lead a small team of around 10 members and participate in warehouse operations and activities. The goal is to increase employee efficiency and customer satisfaction, and better communication in the team.

**Tasks**:

- supervising a small team in the warehouse
- teaching new employees;
- Hef, reach and clamptruck;
- Order checking and preparing products for shipment;
- Order packing;
- Handling inbound shipments;
- distributing tasks based on the teams skills;
- Administrative tasks;
- Other tasks appointed by the Warehouse Manager.

**Competencies**
- Inquisitive, enthusiastic, supportive and a “Team player”;
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods;
- Good organizational and time management skills;
- basic management skills with clear communication skills;
- Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker;
- Communicative;
- Proficient in English Language.
