**Requirements**:

- Experience within hospitality / gastronomy / HORECA.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English required, proficiency in other European languages (Dutch, French, Spanish) are a plus but not required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including both weekdays and weekends.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Frenchie’s Burgers is looking for an assistant manager to join our leadership team at our Korte Poten location in The Hague. Frenchie’s is a fast growing, French inspired ‘fast good’ burger brand that blends high quality ingredients with bold hospitality and a fun, fast paced vibe. This is a hands on, all rounder position suited for someone who is dynamic, detail orientated, and willing and able to jump on the grill or greet customers when needed. Every day will be different, and that’s exactly the point.
- As the Assistant Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the Restaurant Manager, supporting in the overall day to day operations. This includes overseeing shift operations, inventory management, maintaining food safety and hygiene, and onboarding and training new team members. In addition, you’ll be the go to person on the floor, helping lead service during peak hours, solving problems on the go, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
