**Your responsibilities**:
As our HR Manager, you will be a pivotal part of our HR team, playing a crucial role in overseeing HR operations across Netherlands (Helmond) and Germany (Schrozberg), aligning Group HR strategies with local needs. Here's what you'll do:

- Organizational Transformation Support: Collaborate with business leaders to implement organizational change initiatives that align with strategic goals, enhance performance, and support sustainable growth
- HR Optimization and Digital Transformation: Lead efforts to optimize HR operations, integrating digital tools and processes to improve efficiency, elevate customer satisfaction, and streamline workflows
- Employee Engagement: Design and execute programs that strengthen employee satisfaction, retention, and foster a positive organizational culture
- Employee Well-being: Champion well-being initiatives that promote vitality, reduce absenteeism, and cultivate a healthy and productive work environment

**Your qualifications**
- University degree in HR, Organizational Studies, or related fields.
- 8-10 years of international HR Business Partner experience, ideally within an international manufacturing environment.
- Fluent Dutch and English, basic knowledge of German is highly preferred.
