Als Customer Service Assistant bij
SOFACOMPANY doe jij je uiterste
best om dagelijks een glimlach op het
gezicht van klanten en je collega’s te
toveren.
Je voert je afzonderlijke werkzaamheden
secuur uit waarbij je tevens overzicht
houdt op het geheel. Bij dringende
klantvragen stel jij je flexibel op en je kunt
snel schakelen tussen je werkzaamheden.

interieur retailer (omni-channel), actief in
meerdere landen.
Wij bieden meubels van hoge kwaliteit
voor eerlijke prijzen. Met een in-house
designteam in Denemarken staat
SOFACOMPANY voor uniek Deens
design, zowel retro als modern. Met deze
stijlen richt SOFACOMPANY zich op een
breed publiek.

Assistant

Je beheert samen met jouw collega's alle
klantcontact (voor zowel onze
Nederlandse als Belgische klanten) via
mail/telefoon/chat/social/google en
trustpilot
Je doet verbetervoorstellen over
structurele knelpunten: je maakt de
klantenservice elke dag een beetje beter
door samen te werken met je collega’s
op kantoor
Je bent de kennisbank voor collega’s in
de winkel

**WAT VERWACHTEN**
**WIJ VAN JOU?**

**SERVICE**

Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring op een
dergelijke functie/afdeling
Een afgeronde MBO opleiding
Je gaat geordend te werk, je houdt
overzicht en zet graag dat stapje extra
Je beheerst de Nederlandse en
Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
Beheersing van de Franse taal is een
pre
Je hebt inlevingsvermogen en raakt
niet snel in paniek als het druk is
Je bent 36 uur per week beschikbaar
