- We zijn op zoek naar een Service Logistiek Coordinator om ons leuke en gezellige EMEA service team te komen versterken op ons kantoor in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. Omdat we hard groeien is deze functie een uitbreiding van ons logistieke team.
- Je werkgebied is EMEA en je draagt samen met het leuke en hechte team de verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse zendingen, replenishments, retouren, tracking en de voorraad van al onze depots in EMEA. Het verzendgereed maken van replenishment zendingen vanuit ons kantoor horen daar ook bij. Het betreft een fulltime functie waarbij je 5 dagen per week op kantoor bent.

- We are looking for a Service Logistics Coordinator to join our exciting EMEA service team at our office in 's-Hertogenbosch. Because we are growing fast, this position is a new extension of our logistics team.
- Your work area is EMEA and together with the close-knit team you are responsible for the daily shipments, replenishments, returns, tracking and stock of all our depots in EMEA. This also includes preparing replenishment shipments from our office to our depots. It is a fulltime function which you are in the office 5 days per week.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Je draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de zendingen naar en van de klant terug naar ons
- Je bent verantoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig overzicht bijhouden van alle logistieke activiteiten.
- Je zorgt voor een efficiënte mannier van werken en handelen en doet verbeter-voorstellen daar waar je de mogelijkheden ziet.
- Je zorgt voor een goede samenwerking in ons eigen team maar zeker ook daarbuiten met andere afdelingen en vervult een sleutelrol in heldere interne communicatie.

- You are responsible for the shipments to and from the customer back to us.
- You will need to keep a proper record of all logístical activities.
- You ensure an efficient way of working and acting and make proposals for improvements where you see the possibilities.
- You ensure good cooperation within our own team, but certainly also outside with other departments and fulfill an important role in clear internal communication.

**Qualifications**:
**Nederlands**
- Een logistieke opleiding op mínimaal MBO niveau is een pré, maar heb je vergelijkbare kennis
- Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in warehousing, voorraadbeheer en planning.
- 2 jaar ervaring in internationale verzending en voorraadbeheer is een pré.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk).
- Je bent integer, resultaatgericht en klantgericht.
- Je bent representatief, analytisch en stelt proactief oplossingen voor.
- Je bent flexibel en kunt goed multitasken.
- Je bent graag in control en hebt een helicopter view.
- Je bent een teamspeler met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en gevoel voor humor.
- Je woont op maximaal 30 minuten rijden van ons kantoor in 's-Hertogenbosch.

**English**
- You have at least demonstrable MBO working and thinking level.
- At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in warehousing, inventory management and planning environments.
- Experience in international shipping and inventory control of 2 years is an advantage
- You are fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- You have integrity, results-oriented and customer-oriented.
- You are representative, analytically and proactively propose solutions.
- You are flexible and comfortable with multitasking
- You like to be in control and have a helicopter view.
- You are a team player with great communication skills and a sense of humor
- You live a maximum of 30 minutes' drive from our office in 's-Hertogenbosch.
