Our QESH team is looking for a new **Quality Systems Coordinator. **This position is mainly aimed at working with the relevant **data**, **analyze **and identify areas of **improvement **with a main focus on the production departments, taking into account the internal and external requirements for safety, quality, food, product - and environment regulations.

**What will you do**:

- Performance Metrics (KPIs) and other dimensions (for both quality and safety)
- Analyze process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems and potential focus area for department and collaborate closely with different stakeholders to identify ways to enhance processes.
- Creating reports for different management levels
- Setting up procedures and documentation for QESH and supporting other departments with the quality procedure and preform trainings where needed.
- Manage the corrective action system (supporting with RCA)
- Internal audit lead
- Being active in management of change process to assure high quality of product and services Company complaints managements in cooperation with the European markets, with a focus on Customer Satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
**What you will bring in**:

- **_A Dutch work permit + housing close enough to Tilburg to come to the office on a daily basis. _**:

- HBO/Bachelor level, preferably in the field of Quality or technical engineering.
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar international production environment
- Experience with food production will be an advantage
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (i.e. HACCP, ISO) will be an advantage
- Experience in working with MS Office
- Communication skills in English in speaking and writing, Dutch is a plus.
