Internship - Procurement ESG Change Management "Being part of the procurement governance team gave me a firsthand look at how ethical sourcing and respect for human rights and the environment are woven into every decision - showing me that even early in your career, you can contribute to something truly meaningful" The internship - Drive Global Change: Support the deployment of a transformative global program that reinforces HEINEKEN’s commitment to responsible business practices and sustainability leadership through the adoption of a new Third-Party Risk Management Platform. - Lead Strategic Communications: Design and execute integrated communication strategies that foster awareness, engagement, and adoption across diverse markets and cultures. - Collaborate Across Borders: Engage with a dynamic network of global and local stakeholders, gaining exposure to leaders and cross-functional teams across HEINEKEN’s international operations. - Be Mentored by Experts: Work closely with the Third-Party Risk Management Capability Owner and the Procurement Governance Compliance Manager, receiving hands-on coaching and development from experienced professionals. The department The terms of employment - Your starting date is 1 September 2025 - The internship is fulltime (in consultation also 4 days a week possible) - The duration of the internship is 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor) - It is a practice-oriented internship / theoretical research internship - You will be based in Amsterdam in the Schiphol Office - During your internship, you have the flexibility to work in a hybrid setup - You will receive an internship fee of €650 gross pm based on 40 hours per week - You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime) - If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed The unique you We believe that everyone has unique talents and are therefore looking for you - You are currently enrolled at a Dutch university and thrive at the intersection of business and technology, with a passion for driving meaningful change. - You are a collaborative communicator who excels in multicultural environments and enjoys working across borders and disciplines. - You are curious about human behavior - how people respond to change, make decisions, and engage with new ideas. - You bring a structured, analytical mindset and are energized by solving complex challenges with clarity and purpose. Conditions of HEINEKEN - You are enrolled at an educational institution.- In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution, from which we receive proof of enrollment for the current academic year from you. - In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU. - Living in the Netherlands during internship (HEINEKEN does not facilitate housing).
