We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. You are based at the European office in Amersfoort and you report to the Manager Personnel Relations.

Within Applied Medical this position has the internal job title of Personnel Relations Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Ensure Compliance**: Monitor EU labor laws and regulations, implementing policies to maintain legal compliance and support company values
- ** Resolve Workplace Issues**: Address disputes, grievances, and disciplinary matters fairly and consistently, offering expert guidance to leaders and teams
- ** Reduce Absenteeism**: Partner with Dutch leadership to design proactive strategies, including wellness initiatives, to minimize absenteeism
- ** Guide Absence Management**: Provide actionable advice and tools to manage employee absence cases, ensuring compliance with laws and best practices
- ** F**oster Positive Culture**: Serve as a trusted advisor to promote a respectful, inclusive, and compliant workplace environment

Functie-eisen:

- Proven experience in employee relations, labor law compliance, or HR management within an EU context
- Strong knowledge of one of EU labor regulations (focus on the Netherlands is a plus)
- Excellent conflict resolution, communication, and advisory skills
- Ability to lead strategic improvements in workplace policies and practices
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required
