**Location**:
The Innovation Center in Dinteloord

As a Community Investment & Innovation Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to conduct in-depth research on various start-up communities. You will not only map existing communities but also analyze their potential for collaboration and investment. This internship offers a comprehensive learning experience where you can develop both research skills and strategic analysis. This internship is for Dutch and non-Dutch speakers.

**What will you do?**

**Research on Start-up Communities**
- ** Identification of Start-up Communities**: Create an overview of existing start-up communities within our strategic zones. Describe the unique characteristics and focus of each community.
- ** One Pagers**: Create a one-pager for each identified community. This should include essential information such as mission, vision, number of members, activities, and unique characteristics.
- ** Collaboration Advice**: Analyze whether collaboration with these communities would be beneficial for Cosun. Provide advice on the nature of the collaboration (e.g., partnership, sponsorship, or joint events).

**Community Investment Fund**
- ** Overview of Opportunities**: Research the investment opportunities within the community and describe the different options and their characteristics.
- ** Benefits of the Fund**: Analyze what the fund can offer us, such as network expansion, innovation, and strategic advantages.
- ** Concrete Opportunities**: Identify current investment opportunities within the community.
- ** Strategic Fit with Cosun**: Evaluate how these investment opportunities align with Cosun’s strategy and goals.
- ** Cost Analysis**: Inventory the costs required for participation in the fund, including initial investments and operational costs.
- ** Advice and Scenarios**: Provide advice on different scenarios for participation (small, medium, large) and describe the pros and cons of each scenario.

**What do we ask?**
- You are a university or applied university (HBO/WO) student, preferably in the direction of Innovation Management or similar.
- You have excellent analytical skills and can present complex information clearly.
- You are communicative and can work well in a team.
- You have a strong interest in innovation and business development.
- You are available for 6 to 12 months, full-time if possible.
