we are looking for an energetic **Operations Supervisor** who ensures our guests experience not just a stay, but an unforgettable experience

What does the job involve?_**

As an Operations Supervisor, you are the driving force behind the daily operations of our serviced apartments.

You ensure that everything runs smoothly and that our guests enjoy a stay that meets - and exceeds - their expectations.
- Leading and supporting the team, including housekeeping, maintenance, and front office.
- Ensuring the quality and presentation of the apartments.
- Managing efficient planning, staff schedules, and inventory.
- Anticipating the needs of our (international) guests and resolving any challenges.
- Continuously improving operational processes to enhance the guest experience further.
