The Opportunity: Drive Our European Evolution

We're on the hunt for an exceptionally driven and globally minded European Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion into new and emerging markets. This role demands a strategic visionary with a proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing complex business opportunities across diverse landscapes. You will be instrumental in shaping our global footprint, forging strategic partnerships, and driving significant, transformative revenue growth.

Your Mission: Key Responsibilities That Drive Impact
- Discover New Frontiers: Identify and cultivate new international markets with strong potential for solar installer partnerships, especially in unexplored and emerging regions.
- Create Powerful Connections: Build and refine a robust pipeline of qualified installer leads in target countries through insightful research, proactive prospecting, and strategic industry networking.
- Appreciate Local Landscapes: Understand local market dynamics, regulatory environments, and unique customer needs to craft tailored, winning go-to-market strategies for each region.
- Showcase Excellence: Expertly present and promote our comprehensive portfolio of solar products, services, and unparalleled technical support to prospective installer partners.
- Own the Journey: Command the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and negotiation to successful closing, seamless onboarding, and coordinated post-sale support.
- Collaborate for Success: Work dynamically with our marketing, logistics, and technical teams to guarantee the smooth onboarding and complete satisfaction of every new partner.
- Provide Insightful Intelligence: Deliver regular, impactful reports on market feedback, emerging opportunities, potential risks, and exceptional performance against targets.
- Be Our European Ambassador: Represent CCL Components at key trade shows, industry events, and site visits, building unshakable credibility and establishing powerful relationships worldwide.

What will you bring to the table:
**Experience**:
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in international business development, sales, or account management, with a demonstrable track record of successfully identifying and securing new business in multiple international markets. Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, ideally in renewables, solar distribution, or technical products.

Experience working with diverse cultures and navigating complex international business environments.

Commercial Acumen: Exceptional business acumen with a deep understanding of international trade, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.

Negotiation & Influence: Superior negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills, with the ability to close high-value international deals.

Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in one or more additional major European languages is highly desirable and often essential for specific target markets.

Self-Motivated & Independent: A highly self-motivated, results-driven individual with the ability to work independently and manage a dispersed international pipeline. Comfortable working independently and across time zones; ability to travel internationally as required (approx. 20-30%).

Experience working with solar installers, EPCs, or PV integrators across borders is a significant advantage.

Strong understanding of international sales, including logistics, pricing, cultural differences, and compliance.
