**You and your job**

The designers in the global Wholesale and Rural Design Team are pioneering in an international environment to create delightful experiences for our clients worldwide and our global bankers internally.

**In a nutshell, you will...**
- Work in a small design team, led by a Lead Designer. You will meet weekly to check-in and have weekly design review sessions.
- Work with a product team within the Client, Banker & Data Tribe and have day-to-day interactions with the PO, BA, and developers - your home is the Chapter Design.

**Your role**
As a UX designer, your main task will be to conceptualize, design and improve journeys for our business platforms. You will join a multi-disciplinary team of 8 designers responsible for the end-to-end experience of business customers and bank employees.

Your focus is on the Data & Connectivity Area, that creates innovative products for our internal employees and analysts. This is a complex space, and we have very ambitious plans, so get ready for the challenge

**Your responsibilities**
- Work together with PO’s, BA’s and developers to translate business requirements into innovative concepts.
- Improve new and existing workflows and help us build scalable products.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to ensure a development process and a high-quality outcome.
- Work together with other designers and be responsible for all steps in the design process. If necessary, you involve other designers and specialists to help you with this.
- You see the challenge in working with complex user interfaces and you are both a structured strategic thinker and a creator of pixel-perfect designs.

**Your talent**

We are looking for a talented designer who can use creativity, problem-solving and communication skills to handle the complex context of a bank.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in UX design and confidently take responsibility and ownership of design projects.
- You have what’s needed to work in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn new skills and methodologies.
- You are a designer by heart but are experienced and confident performing user research tasks, such as user interviews and usability tests.
- You are comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, marketeers, and other stakeholders and able to manage these different perspectives and interests.
- You are fluent with design and prototyping tools like Figma, and familiar with ideation and user research methods.
- You have experience with delivering final designs and supporting the development teams to implement them.
- You can communicate professionally in English. Knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus.
