Boundless reach, locally rooted. **What You'll Yo** As our Creative Production Manager, you’ll be a key player in the**Creative & Content team, making sure that creative projects not only take off but land with impact. You will partner closely with the account management team locally and with the creative / production team centrally to steer projects from concept through to final delivery. On time, on brief, and in style. **Your responsibilities**: - **Lead Local Creative Projects**: Oversee the development of local campaigns, ensuring every element — from visuals to copy — aligns perfectly with the brand vision. - **Deliver Top-Quality Assets**: Manage timelines and budgets to deliver creative materials that meet the highest standards. - **Coordinate Production**: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep production smooth and on schedule. - **Be the Client Liaison**: Act as the creative point of contact for clients, aligning expectations and ensuring satisfaction. - **Ensure Brand Consistency**: Maintain a seamless creative voice across all channels — digital, print, and beyond. - **Guarantee Quality & Compliance**: Protect brand guidelines and ensure legal and campaign compliance at every step. - **Manage Budgets & Deadlines**: Oversee budgets, approve invoices, and keep projects on track financially and timewise. **Who You Are** - 3-5 years of experience in creative production, advertising, or content creation - Strong understanding of production workflows, from briefing to delivery - Excellent organizational and project management skills - Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams - Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus) **Why You’ll Love Working Here** - Competitive salary paid monthly, reflecting your skills and contribution. - Hybrid work: 3 days in our central Amsterdam office, 2 days remote. - €20 monthly discount for Urban Sport Club or BedrijfsfitnessNL. - Access to mental health coaching through OpenUp or a an external coach. - Lease bike options with €50/month employer contribution. - €50/month phone allowance (full-time). - Full travel allowance (public transport or €0.23/km) - 70% pension contribution. - 25 holidays, plus flexible holiday options and 3 extra days for volunteer work. - Training, development opportunities, and the freedom to shape your role. - A vibrant, entrepreneurial culture where your creativity and ideas matter. - Dog-friendly, super-central Amsterdam office with excellent coffee. **Ready to build future-proof brands with us?
