**Are you our next Operations Supervisor and Guest Experience Champion?**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and hands-on Operations Supervisor for our boutique hotel in the heart of Amsterdam. You'll play a key role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly while leading a passionate team just steps from Amsterdam Central Station on the lively Haarlemmerstraat.

**What does your day-to-day look like?**
- Overseeing the front-desk team and ensuring efficient guest check-ins and check-outs
- Training new employees and providing ongoing training to existing staff to maintain high standard for our hotel
- Acting as the liaison with the housekeeping supervisor, ensuring rooms are ready for guests at check-in time
- Managing the inventory of hotel supplies and placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Managing the hotel’s day-to-day accounting and financial reporting
- Monitoring and optimizing room rates and occupancy to maximize revenue
- Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and ensuring a seamless guest experience
- Creating and managing schedules for the front-desk team
- Maintaining the social media presence of the hotel and creating content
- Collaborating with the General Manager to optimize operations and guest satisfaction
- Assisting in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations

**Who are we looking for?**
- A hospitality professional with experience in hotel operations or a related field
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a hands-on approach
- Excellent proficiency of the English language; knowledge of Dutch or another language (e.g., French or Spanish) is a plus
- A flexible and solution-focused mindset, thriving in a dynamic environment
- Open to work during the weekends
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and familiarity with tools, such as Mews and Stardekk Cubilis Channel Manager
- Available for a full-time position
