SIJME EGBERTS is looking for a passionate waiter/waitress who would love to pamper our guests. You will work in a modern Argentinian restaurant, where we serve beautiful and freshly made steaks and other traditional Argentinian dishes.

The responsibilities of the waiter/waitress include greeting and serving guests, providing detailed information about menus and taking orders. It is essential that you are able to multitask and cooperate with other colleagues. To be a successful waiter or waitress you need to be polite and charismatic, but also knowledgeable about how the dishes are made and what are the ingredients.

Ultimately, you ensure that SIJME EGBERTS guests are provided with excellent service and an enjoyable dining experience, always with a smile.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Carrying out mise an place activities in the restaurant.
- Operational duties in the restaurant, including taking orders, serving guests, serving food and beverages, clearing tables and handling payments.
- Presenting the menu and providing detailed information if requested (e.g. about the shared-dining concept, ingredients or possible food allergies).
- Proactively selling dishes and drinks.
- Maintaining contact with the guests.
