**About the role**:
As the **Social Media Marketing Manager**, you will be responsible for creation and execution of Creative Fabrica Social Media Strategy. Together with a team, you will lead strategic promotion of the Creative Fabrica brand, programs and initiatives to achieve maximum impact across our social media channels, such as Facebook, Youtube, Instagram and Tiktok.
The position reports to the Head of Marketing and requires proficiency in strategising and creating content writing for various platforms.
**What you will do**:
- Overseeing all social media platforms of the company, including Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, and Tiktok
- Creating and developing social media strategies, setting goals to grow audience, enhance brand awareness, increase engagement and growing Creative Fabrica website subscription base.
- Take charge of strategic planning for Creative Fabrica social media calendar while remaining flexible with content to adjust to competing priorities when necessary.
- Reporting and analysis of social media metrics/performance, and strategising for future performance improvement.
- Conducting market and competitor research, identifying the latest trends in social media to ensure the company and brand stays at the forefront.
- Monitoring the social media of peers, partners, and niche influencers and engaging with partners to cross-promote and understand trends that inform Creative Fabrica social media plan.
- Providing strategic direction on how Creative Fabrica can improve its communications, specifically its social media presence.
- Producing copy, messaging, brand graphics and video content, together with Creative Team and External video production
- Monitoring and maintaining the company or brand's reputation on social media working together with the Support team to address negative reviews or comments.
- Partner with key internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and data teams, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Managing the budget allocated for social media campaigns and ensuring expenditures remain within budgetary limits.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Social marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional growth.
**What you will need**:
- At least 3 years of experience in similar positions and 6 years of experience in social media
- Proven experience in creating engaging strategies and growing social presence
- Social media expertise with knowledge of the latest trends. A strong grasp of how various social media platforms operate, their algorithms, and the trends prevalent on each platform is essential.
- Ability to generate creative, engaging, and original content that captures the audience's attention
- Strong knowledge of social platforms automation software and insight software
- Ability to perform competitive analysis and market research
- Experience working with ORKs, budgets, setting goals and forecasting
- Excellent communication skills and strong analytical mindset
- Leading team. Managerial experience in a team of up to 5 people
**Nice to have**:
- Qualifications in journalism, PR, communications, or related discipline
- Experience in working with Subscriptions/B2C products, particularly SaaS and global marketplaces/e-commerce
- Knowledge graphics and video editing tooling
